I thought I might be one of the lucky ones who didn't throw up with her pregnancy. I was nauseated for a few weeks but then this morning the tide turned. I was getting ready for work this morning and all of the sudden I got really hot and sweaty. I went outside to get some air and before I knew it, I was throwing up in the back yard. Lovely.

Oh Amanda, I'm definitely praying for you. Morning sickness was the only "symptom" I had (no heart burn or anything else)....and it was awful. I was dehydrated from throwing up so often I had to go to the hospital and get I.V. fluids. Eat really small amounts of food throughout the day and my midwife told me BEFORE I EVEN SAT UP in bed to eat a few saltines. The time when morning sickness is worst is when your belly gets empty which is so ironic because food made me so sick!
Thanks Margie. I ate crackers before getting up this morning and had ginger ale early on and it really made a difference. I didn't throw up at all today! Thanks for the tips. I'll take all I can!!!!!
